Como San Giovanni and Camerlata train station is also reachable in under 10 minutes for car-free days into the city. Administrative check-in required at least 48 hours before arrival. Contract to be signed online at the same time as administrative check-in. ONLY guests with documents: valid passport or identity card will be able to stay (as per local regulations). The host will wait for you upon arrival. Tourist tax to be paid online 3 eur/night for the first 4 nights from 14 years old. House rules: Quiet hours 22.00-07.00 No smoking. Events and parties prohibited. Pets not allowed. No overnight stay for unregistered guests. Children must always be supervised by an adult. Recycle and divide the garbage (see House instructions). Check-in from 17.00- 22.00. Check-out by 10.00 am.
